Refund Policy
Our policy regarding payments for featured listings, business services, and digital advertisements. Transparency in our financial dealings is part of the trust we build.
01/ Digital Services Scope
Trust Reviews provides digital services including, but not limited to, featured website listings, business verification badges, and priority support for site owners. Due to the digital nature of these services, which are typically rendered or activated immediately upon payment, we generally operate a no-refund policy.
By purchasing a premium service on our platform, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that you waive your right to a refund once the digital content or service has been delivered.
02/ Featured Listings & Ads
Payments made for "Featured" status or advertisement slots are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the performance (clicks, impressions, or new reviews) of the listing. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or traffic volumes.
Note: If a featured listing is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, phishing, or illegal content) and is subsequently removed from the site, no refund will be issued.
03/ Refund Exceptions
While our general policy is no-refunds, we may consider requests in the following specific circumstances:
- → Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- → Technical Failure: If a technical error on our part prevented the service (like a badge or feature) from appearing for more than 48 hours.
- → Unauthorized Charges: If you can prove your account was compromised and used without your consent.
04/ Review Removal & Refunds
Trust Reviews is an independent review platform. Paying for a business account or a featured listing does not give you the right to have negative reviews removed. Refunds will not be granted because a business is unhappy with the ratings or feedback provided by our users.
05/ Subscriptions
If you have a recurring monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining days in a cycle after cancellation.
06/ Requesting a Refund
To submit a refund request based on the exceptions listed in Section 03, please contact our billing department with your Transaction ID and the reason for your request:
Requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.
